Offering your property for sale is quite straightforward- just click on the link above to register or login, and follow the links to upload details of your property. Remember, the more comprehensive the details you provide, the more likely it is you will achieve a good price for your property. Your property will be advertised on the site for a minimum of 1 week prior to the auction period commencing. This will allow potential bidders more time to view the property and/ or ask questions about it. You can then select the length of the auction, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the relevant documents available in the event of a successful sale*.
We strongly recommend that you use the services of a qualified solicitor to ensure a successful sale.
The cost of offering your property for sale is as follows:

You can pay an 'initial' fee of £149, which includes an independent verification and report of title deeds by a reputable UK based lawyer, Seller's listing fees to Spanish Home Auctions and VAT, and in the event of a successful sale, a further 2% of the selling price plus VAT. There are no hidden extras.
SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER: Should your property not reach its reserve price, we will re-enter your property in up to 2 further auctions FREE of any 'initial fees'

You can pay a flat fee of £549 and there is nothing more to pay regardless of whether your property is sold or not.
